These Type 2 Double Eagle Gold coins are becoming increasingly difficult to find. While this particular Type 2 is easier to come by, it still has a lower mintage than many of the later Double Eagles. It’s a flashy, brilliant MS61, with the obverse showing the expected bag marks that limit its grade, but the reverse appears closer to a 63. Don’t miss the opportunity to add a standout Double Eagle to your collection.
